关于团队
The 俄亥俄州 University 模拟审判小组 is an educational and experiential program that provides students with the opportunity to engage in simulated courtroom litigation.
The team learns the components of a trial, 适用的法律, rules of evidence, and courtroom procedure and then competes against other universities from across the United States.

Coach 拉里·海曼, Esq.
拉里·海曼, Esq. is Assistant Director of the Center for Law, Justice & 文化 and and Pre-Law Advisor for 俄亥俄州's Center for Advising, Career and Experiential Learning. He teaches and advises students interested in law.
Prior to joining 俄亥俄州 University, he was Managing Attorney at The Law Firm of Hayman & 凯利, 后来, 海曼法律, LLC in Columbus, 俄亥俄州, where he focused his 实践 on election law and education law matters. He has held leadership positions in the Columbus Bar Association, 俄亥俄州 State Bar Association, Midwest Association of Pre-Law Advisors and in 2018, was selected to become an 俄亥俄州 State Bar Foundation Fellow. He is licensed to 实践 law before all state courts and agencies in the state of 俄亥俄州 as well as before the U.S. District Court for the 南部 District of 俄亥俄州.
He is an 俄亥俄州 alumnus and the founding coach of the 俄亥俄州 University 模拟审判小组, coaching since 2015.

The 俄亥俄州 University 模拟审判小组 is a student organization designed to assist those interested in law and the legal system pursue their education outside of the classroom with hands-on experience. Through competition, 实践, 会议, 和讲座, members will grow to better prepare them for their professional careers.

The jury hasn’t rendered their final verdict for 俄亥俄州 University Mock Trial’s season just yet. The Green Team is headed to Washington D.C. for the Opening Round Championship Series.
俄亥俄州 University's two mock trial teams had a strong season debut at the annual Scarlet and Gray Invitational in Columbus, notching multiple victories over regional rivals and having Junior Zach Donaldson take home an outstanding attorney award.
Alyssa Alcorn didn't go straight to law school after graduating from 俄亥俄州. 而不是, she jumped into helping with a state political campaign and then went to work for a law firm in Columbus.
