概述 

Enjoy inspirational scenery and immerse yourself in the unique language and culture of 威尔士 with a semester or academic year on exchange at 斯旺西University. The University is set in rolling parklands overlooking the Swansea Bay with fresh sea air, gorgeous beaches and a safe environment. 
 
SU welcomes students form 100 countries every year and has a long international tradition.  The staff are supportive and accustomed to working with international exchange students. At SU you are able to choose a variety of courses to fulfill major, minor and general education requirements.

• Non-resident surcharge waived for the credit hours associated with this program. 
• If you are nominated to this program, you will be required to pay a deposit to confirm your participation. The deposit is a down payment on the total costs to be billed by 俄亥俄州 and is determined by the total cost of the program. 

在紧急情况下, it is essential that participants have access to contingency funds as the University cannot loan money to participants. 参与者 need access to resources to cover unanticipated medical or other expenses, 比如隔离房. While the University does provide international emergency health insurance for students traveling abroad, not all medical care providers overseas accept this in lieu of payment up front. 学生 participating in the Swansea 交换 program are eligible to apply for a BUTEX奖学金.

This program is open to undergraduate students with a GPA of 2.8岁或以上. 学生 should have completed one year of study at the time of travel.

US 公民 studying at 斯旺西University for one semester will not need a visa to enter the UK, however academic year students will apply for a visa. Please note that visa requirements may vary if you plan to stay in the country longer than the program dates or travel to other countries during or after the program. Please familiarize yourself with these recommendations and requirements prior to applying to a program.
