The University has procured and stocks several different types of preventative PPE in order to be prepared for any COVID protocols that may be in place over the next academic year as we begin to welcome everyone back to our campuses. In stock is the most commonly used PPE, which will be allocated to planning units on an as needed basis.
Please use the Planning Unit PPE 联系 button below to identify the contact for your planning unit representative. If you need to place an order for COVID related PPE, you must work through this contact person to receive supplies. All orders must be submitted through this employee to receive your order. Orders that are submitted by someone other than the PPE 联系 will not be filled.
The Planning Unit PPE 联系 can use the PPE Request Form button below to order your planning unit's COVID related PPE from the centrally purchased and available stock. Once you have selected the button, click on "Material Request", then "log in with Ohio U" to enter your 俄亥俄州 username and password. This will bring you to the order form where you can request your supplies and view all products available from stock. If you have a COVID PPE need that is not available centrally, please reach out to PPE@俄亥俄州.edu and our team will be happy to assist you.
If you have PPE needs related to classroom or lab needs, you can procure that through our preferred vendors in BobcatBUY through your normal purchasing channels. If you have issues finding what you need, please reach out to Ohio University Procurement, and someone can assist you in locating the PPE you need. Procurement can be reached by emailing financecustomercare@俄亥俄州.edu.
If you have a student, 教师, 工作人员, or university guest in need of masks or hand sanitizer, there are two locations on the 雅典 campus that these are readily available:
- The Front Desk at Baker University Center (they stock masks, hand sanitizer, and thermometers)
- Alden 图书馆 (2nd 和图4th floors - they stock masks and hand sanitizer)
