Current F-1 学生: Maintaining Status

Current Address and Phone Number

Fulltime Enrollment

Academic Difficulties

  • Unfamiliarity with US teaching methods (Limited to first semester only)

Medical Recommendation

    • A licensed medical doctor

    • A doctor of osteopathy

  • The recommendation can only cover one semester at a time.
  • The cumulative limit on authorization is 12 months per degree program.
  • The documentation is submitted to ISSS 之前 the courses are dropped.

Program Extensions

Your I-20 form was issued for a standard timeframe. 你可以在I-20的“学习项目”部分找到项目的开始和结束日期. You may find that you are unable to finish your program by the end date. In that case, you will need to request an extension of your F-1 program.

Transferring your SEVIS record
