Employee Handbook

Effective January 3, 2023:

Hourly Pay Rates for Student Employees

  • 第一级:11美元.00

  • Level 6:  $15.00
  • Level 7:  $16.50

Each student employee who works a minimum of a four-hour shift, per day, receives a free meal.

Student benefits working for Culinary Services include: 

  • Competitive pay starting at $11-$12/hr. 
  • Free meal for every shift worked
  • Very flexible schedule with up to 25 hours per work week 
  • Valuable resume enhancing experience 
  • $0.20 semesterly raises with good work performance and policy adherence
  • Advancement opportunity 
  • Meet a variety of people on campus
  • Refer A Friend program: Earn $25 Bobcat Cash if you refer a friend and they work for Culinary Services for at least 8 weeks

The Student Employee Referral Program

 

If a student refers two new hires, they will receive $25 in Bobcat Cash as soon as the new hires begins working.

If both new hires work at least 4 hours, every week for 8 straight weeks (not including academic breaks) the referrer will receive an additional $50 in Bobcat cash, AND each of the referrals will receive $25 in Bobcat Cash.

This program will also go in effect on September 25, 2022.

    Preparation and serving of three meals a day (2 on Sunday) in two 餐厅法院, Nelson and The District on West Green, throughout the academic year.
